Zensus Eco Boutique Hotel - Bacalar

We were provided with an amazing air-conditioned room that had a super comfortable bed.

Everything was great, including pretty friendly staff and peaceful location in the middle of the city. Location next to tranquil garden and Bacalar. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Cocalitos. What a fabulous stay, no complains at all...

Came here for trip, had great 2 days overall. The room was beautiful and lovely with the comfiest bed of our trip, enjoyed it.

The owner and receptionist were super cool and helpful, giving us all the best tips for restaurants and things to do. The property had a chill vibe and the pool was perfect for lounging and chilling with our squad. We loved being just a short walk away from the awesome beach clubs where we could party all day long. It was the ultimate vacation spot for us wild teenagers!

The only thing we wished for was a little more nightlife near the hotel. We wanted to keep the party going after a day of exploring, but it would have been awesome if there were some cool bars or clubs within walking distance.

The room here is fantastic with air conditioning and a very comfortable and luxurious bed.

This place is situated in a quiet area near a beautiful garden, bars, restaurants, and the lagoon, with an amazing building.

The Poolside Paradise: Splashing around in the refreshing pool, I couldn't help but feel like a graceful dolphin in a shimmering lagoon. The pool area at this hidden gem was like my own private oasis, surrounded by lush gardens and bathed in the warm Mexican sun. And the best part? The friendly staff would bring me a delicious margarita straight to my poolside lounger!

The great thing about this place was its proximity to bars, restaurants, a peaceful garden, and the lagoon.

The room we booked was incredible, with a tranquil garden and the comfiest bed. It met our requests. the setting was lovely, really close to bars and restaurants. - Cenote Azul, a main attraction, was only 2 km from this hotel.

This hotel is mind-blowing! Each room is a private oasis, offering ultimate privacy. The staff is super friendly and helpful, giving food recommendations, arranging taxis, and even lending cash. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with daily cleaning and complimentary water. The homemade breakfast is simple yet delicious. The property has a pool area that is calm and relaxing. The owner is lovely and assists with organizing tours and taxis. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful lake/beach clubs. It's an absolute dream place to stay!

We loved the variety of amenities and activities available at the hotel, including karaoke nights and a casino. It was perfect for us as we enjoy singing and playing games.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I keep coming back for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a plunge pool. Can't wait to come back for my next business trip.
